  Same happened to me. I sent in a ticket about it and it got auto-closed and I got a message "We have a feature that allows players to earn NX through offers! Click here to earn free NX now! :DDDD"

  Did you guys file tickets with nexon or with the sponsors themselves? Whenever I had trouble with surveys back in the day, I'd submit a ticket with the sponsor and more than half the time I'd get a response and resolve it.
  
  For example rather than filing a ticket with nexon, you could contact customer support for game coins by clicking customer support at the top right here:

  Didn't do the Game Coins ones and the others don't have customer support buttons.
