  I really find this concept to be interesting.
  
  Although - unless certain skills are completed removed from the selection pool (e.g Rest, Meditation, Hidden Skills?) ... there is such a low chance to actually train up any useful skills.
  
  I better go off and farm Adventurer's Seals.

  It's unfortunate however, that seal points and the like don't count towards mastery of skills (just like if you were to use training seals on a r1 skill, it would do nothing towards actually fulfilling the requirements of said skill and thus completing mastery)

  I think this event sounds worth doing though, if it gives you the skill you want to rank.
  Things like Windmill or Music at high ranks when it only gives a tiny fraction of a point per use.
  Either way, butter than nothing. :D

  Well, you can train shock with experience seals at rN to skip the book portion. But supposedly not every skill can get experience from this event. But lucky us, spoiled NA has the Adventure Seal shop so you can just buy seals on saturdays to skip shock. (And music is easy to train already. . .)

  I can't speak for JP but for KR there is no seal shop.

  Looks like Mabi's a Korean MMO where NA has some things better(seal shop, same-sex marriage, etc).

  We have the seal shop (and most of the daily quests, including the ones that give OP expl exp, are NA-only as well), same sex marriage, we can repeat the saga for gold (not nx) and we don't get crappy rewards like common silk and SP 10 potions from the saga.
  
  We also got the beauty shop first, as well as the secondary hotkeys first. And every server but KR (first being JP) got the rush of love sidequest with Fighter, whereas fighter just got a series of SMs in belvast where you mindlessly kill bandits.
  
  The only downsides I recall is
  A: We don't have KR's updated VIP service so VIP service in NA is useless unless you buy fashion slots for each of your chars and premium service, it would be cheaper to just buy VIP if you have too many chars to buy fashion slots for via pons.
  B: Our commerce shop lacks three items. We don't have a basic reforge kit, which is like a fine reforge kit that cna only go up to r2, cannot r2>1. We don't have a certain light armor set in the commerce shop, but we eventually got it from other means, and there's much better armor by now. And I'm not sure if KR got this or only JP, but we don't have that 2x2 feather item that you use to repair dead spellbooks, like the ones you equip in a wand's shield slot.
  C: Personally, I see this as a good thing, but some see it as bad. When Guns first came out in KR, you could get elemental reforges on them, that made them really over powered. In like a week after its release they removed this but they decided that guns that had the reforge before the removal get to keep them, so KR is the only server where elemental reforged guns exist, and they are super rare and expensive.
  
  Another thing, NA is not nearly as gachapon-frenzy as KR is. People complain WAY too much about NA, we also have like the best customer service at this point because it was so bad that they were forced to fix it. People getting compensated left and right.

  This can be a bad thing too, crazy compensations can be a result of disinterest by nexon. When there's too many compensations that aren't rightful to compensate then it can show nexon is just giving up and giving things away without looking into the actual cases. I've seen it happen in another game I played, it just makes any real accomplishments look like a waste of time and effort when u can just send in a ticket and get a free end game weapon for doing nothing.
  
  However currently I don't see it getting that bad YET, but I hope it never does because it can mean the death of the game. That's just my two cents on it sorry.
