For the past two weeks I have had this awful headache from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep. About a week ago it go so bad to the point I could barely sleep at all and was so nauseated and dizzy I could barely stand, I went to the doctor and without doing anything to me he goes "sinus infection" and puts an IV in my arm and pumps me full of morphine and some other shit that made my body feel like I had been briefly set on fire. He perscribed me some antibiotics and Vicodin and sent me home.
The pain meds were way too strong so I stopped taking them thinking the antibiotics would do their thing and I have to just wait it out. I finished my antibiotics without them doing shit to my headache and now it's worse than ever and I've already taken too much time off of work and I feel like my head it going to expload and I want to kick something.

Sounds a bit like vertigo.
Also take your vicodin and sell it to some college kids for 10x.

Go visit another doctor for another opinion, and explain to them as much as you can remember from first doctor visit. Also, it sounds more like a heavy migraine than a headache. Migraines can last for weeks at a time, and vertigo comes with a lot of migraine types. I hope that you're getting lots of rest and that your boss is aware of your predicament.
I have problems like that all of the time... it kinda runs in the family, so my mother and I both have to deal with migraines that make us want to rip our skulls out on a sub-average basis. I'm phobic about alcohol and medication, though, so I am very stingy on what I'll use for meds.
That is assuming that it is a migraine, though. You should definitely go around to different doctors and ask their opinions. My mother had to deal with some shitty doctors several years back who didn't believe the problems she was having and would give her medication that did absolutely nothing to help and just made things worse. Not all medications work for everybody, and some doctors can only help certain people, so it's best to check around until you can find one that can help you.

Please do have it checked dilligently. In the hospitla, not by a mere doctor - especially not the kind who doesn't even bother checking up on a very serious symptom. Actually maybe you should completely switch doctors. I'd rather even go to a homeopath than someone like that, and I hate homeopathy.
Don't want it to be something really obscure but serious. It could be a thrombosis for all we know.
