I have a long delay on summoning my pets and it takes a very long time to load and execute my skills (~5 sec).
The problems started sometime on Monday. I haven't called my ISP yet.
Any changes I have made have been AFTER the onset of lag, and those include:
Disabling the Nagle algorithm
Setting my MTU from 1500 to 368

Hm, maybe I should try that then. I've been lagging since Tuesday evening. There are noticeable delays when I summon pets, loading a skill, and just everything in general.
