How Do I install this mod correctly ?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. Vice City is the first GTA game I played for more than a half hour, so I'm probably biased in saying I enjoyed it. I hardly even did any missions though, played on my cousin's save file, but I did replay some parts and it was entertaining. You seem to generally like GTA so I'd suggest at least playing it, it doesn't compare to GTA4 or 5 though.
