This was pretty careless on my behalf since I was so bored that I decided to download ISOs for games like GTA. As soon as I extracted the rar for the game McAfee went all "You has a Trojan" on me and restarted my computer.
After restarting it, nothing seemed wrong. The only real problem was that when I started up Google Chrome, everything was slow. Very slow. Slower than my mother slow. Even tested playing a program and it was semi-laggish.
However after a while, everything started loading at the usual speed again, so I just wanna make sure if I should take any precautions before I can really call myself safe.

Scan your computer for virus's/spyware and see if anything pops up. If not it's either very stealth or your in the clear.

Already scanning with crap McAfee o3o; I would use Avast if my dad wasn't so, "NO YOU MUST USE MCAFEE FOR STUFFS." Or at least that's what he would say.

Try Ad-Aware, it won't conflict with McAfee and it also takes care of trojans. Just in case McAfee missed something, use it lol

2 hours and 5 minutes into a full scan using Malwarebytes. Out of over 290,000 files scanned, 184 of them are labeled "Infected". I don't feel happy.

Didn't bother finding out since malware finished the scan and deleted most of them. In total there were 248 or so files infected. I deleted most if not all of them, so I don't know whether or not I'm in the clear or not. It said something about some of the programs couldn't be removed or something :/

Some things can't be removed without a restart with Malware bytes.
