  not an actual game
  which explains why it takes less effort for something good looking.

  If it was a game, it felt like the right kind of graphics update from the old sonic games.

  fun fact: when i rented this game i thought i was glitched on one of those vine tethers in this first stage. i thought it was a glitch and i would always get stuck on it even after resetting and blowing into the cartage, so when i returned it to the rental store i told them they had a broken game. years later i saw an lp on it and i realized it was normal. >.>
