I've used about 50 normal store bought reforges on Sieves and haven't seen this reforge once.
While doing that, I managed to make a sieve rank 2 with just a normal reforge kit.
I used 60 fine reforges on that sieve and still not a single sign of this reforge...
Anyone seen it here in MA? Any info about this?

I've used about 120 fines on r3 with 3 lines, and 90 on r2 and never once have I seen the reforge. On the other hand it does exist in NA as I have seen it before.

Without it's 1~3, at level 1 it is 2~4.
