especially since they just updated, now there are new Vaal spells that's super powerful but require blood tribute to cast instead of mana. Also new vaal dungeons.
Had to quit since school started again and I literally have no time for games. The new update is really tempting though.

i was going to suggest Aura Kingdom, but you just said you hated the staff for Elsword....
Rusty Hearts?
it's sorta like Elsword and i hear it's pretty good
Do not play Rusty Hearts. While it is a good game in essence, the company hosting it has literally given up with no updates for almost 2 years now and hackers running wild. The community has all but dried up, and any forms of communications with anyone in any seat of power to the company have basically been cut. I loved the game, but I hated seeing it completely ignored by its hosting company like it is.

I got a list of Mutiplayer games I play, dono if they fit the criteria but if you are interested in them take a look:
Path Of Exile
Planet Side 2
Team Fortress 2
Mech Warrior Online
Guild Wars 2
Tera Online
Hearthstone
Loadout
League of Legend
Smite
Blade and Soul (Chinese version)
I do recommend Blade and Soul CN server, it is very easy to get on the server and has quite a few NA players on it, however without a booster u will experience a lot of lag along with pretty difficult solo play. Boosters help, but you will never be able to compete with someone living near the game server in DPS. It is still a very enjoyable game and can be played in its entirety even with a bit of lag behind it. The community is also pretty nice to NA players, however most dont speak english so communication comes to a screaming halt in PUG's.
Tera is fun, but the quests in it are pretty repetitive and I just felt like it was more of a grind later in the game than actually fun to enjoy it. However if you can get past that its quite a fun game.
Guild Wars 2 was an ok game, but the PvE portion of it was pretty small and could be completed within maybe a month (granted this was basically right after release and I havent even taken a look at it since). It's got an alright combat system but it doesn't really wow you, or at least to me it didnt.

I was gonna suggest Grand Chase until I saw the last part of your post, bahw!
There aren't that many games that suit your wants, at least not that I can think of.
I could have said Rumble Fighter or Lost Saga, but those are both pvp.
The only one left I could think of in this case is Dragonica Online, I dunno if that game is still running, I have a funny memory of it though.
One day I decided I'd want to play it so I go ahead and attempt to register, turns out my e-mail address was already used so I asked for my ID and a Password reset, I had them sent to me and had absolutely no clue how I could have thought of such a horrible ID (Demonlord701 or something along those lines) I changed my password on it too, downloaded the game and logged into my account (or what's supposed to be my account) only to find 3 Level ~50 characters on it...
Whoever thought they could get away with using an e-mail they thought would never be used certainly screwed themselves over on this one.
Its good that you quit Elsword and didn't bother about Grand Chase. Both have rubbish community and staff, are way too repetitive, are even more unbalanced, and Grand Chase is way too easy due to shit monster AI and predictable moves. Grand Chase's staff also loves to ban hammer people for invalid reasons; they've accused me for hacking.
Anyway, I wish I knew what MMOs out there are fun...

The only thing that's similar between Elsword and Vindictus are instanced dungeons, that's it.

OP wasn't asking for Elsword or something the same.

So, I'm afraid I'll need to kick out Aeria Games, because for some strange reason, all their games want me to go through Ignite, and Ignite isn't working out for me. (Which is really weird, since I distinctively remember playing Scarlet Blade during Open Beta)
Nonetheless, thanks for all the recommendations. Closer Online is one that I've been eye'ing for a while since it seems similar to what I want, except that its server being in Korea might pose some troubles in terms of lag and such...
As ironic as it sounds, I have never tried Vindi. I really gotta get to at least creating a character because I'm curious to know what kind of gameplay it features, but I keep forgetting/have better things to do.

As I said before, its basically more or less the same as Elsword, that is, how the dungeons work. However, Vindictus generally presents more challenges and objectives like kicking multiple enemies to death or bashing them on the head with a stick, something Elsword doesn't have.
Vindictus is really high-paced due to 3d physics and intense fights; you have to be quick because the game tests your reflexes. Otherwise its mostly based on the character you're playing.
