  This was the Blue Horse that was released in KR as part of a pet gach btw guys.

  No, this was part of a KR Pet Gach that was released around the same time.

  No, they are just giving it a fancy description to match the name. That sort of thing that comes with hyped up pet descriptions to encourage people to buy them.

  Looks pretty cool,but I don't think I'll buy one...very unlikely for me. That blue makes it look as awesome as the Blue Flame wings that people like a lot.

  It can. I tested it on KR where I actually have this horse. I show it in this video and mention a little bit of it, trying to figure out at what time I mention it.

  I mention it and show it starting at 11:45. I didn't give it much of a spotlight as there really wasn't much about the pet as it was created via a whistle you got from a gach over in KR and only thing special about it is that it could fly.
  
  I mean I could do another video of it but by this point it would be pointless as anyone who cares about it will have already bought it.

  Definately getting one. Always liked horses the most for mounts and this one looks cool, and it can fly. Shop also says it is is the fastest mount in Mabinogi to date so that's another plus.

  They give out free flame mares every year during the OX event.
  You can make your character airborn with Doki doki content, and you can fly through raid zones.
  
  I personally have no use for it
