hile slightly scaling back the features of a level 3 user account. With this, level 3 user accounts will be limited post counts. You will gain one post per 10 minutes, which can be gathered up to a maximum of 6 posts. Additional posts will cost 8 CON, or you can replenish your full 6 posts for 40 CON. Level 2 or below users must integrate their accounts with facebook logins, and every post will be shared publicly as a status update.
