Today I got a call from Jynx's new family, he had leukemia and had to be put down
"Impossible!" I thought, as soon as I got him into my care I had him vaccinated, well apparently he was probably born with it, which put all of the cats at risk.
I called at of the new parents and transferred funds to getting them tested (left with .69c in the bank hooray)
Luckily he was the only one who had gotten it but I feel so terrible, I thought he was just a bit grumpy, I never thought he was sick and it put all of my cats at risk because I didn't see it.
Spook is getting tested tomorrow and she's the last one who needs to be tested
She has 0 signs of illness, though
This was the last photo I had of him

If I ever get back into fostering the first thing I'm going to do is have them tested for leukemia, then I'll vaccinate them and have them altered because if I would have known maybe he could have reached remission and been okay
