  By the scroll collection quests, I mean the hunting quest to collect the scrolls can go into the VIP tab, and the quest will register in your quest log.
  
  I'm not sure if fomor scrolls will automatically go into the VIP tab if you have an unfinished stack there, though. Sorry. >_<

  Probably not. Nothing goes in or out, with the exception of items you can somehow use.

  I actually use my VIP tab since I keep up with this membership, So I know that you can't use Dyes if they're stuck so I can't see why some of the stuff you listed would work. :/

  For the reference, I'll be trying out the following to see if they work after service ends:
  1) Sketch Papers
  2) Gold Bags, both withdrawing and depositing
  3) SM/Dungeon Passes
  4) Gems/Equipment to be fed to ego
  5) Party/Advanced Feathers (by ctrl + clicking on them)
  
  Lemme know if anyone else wants me to try something, or you know for sure whether or not any of the above works or does not work.

  I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard that it does lock the gold into the inventory, but it will also continue to show that the gold is in your inventory despite the fact that it is unusable. That would be something really annoying to get stuck with.

  I can confirm that Sketch Papers and Party Feathers can be used. I don't think you can eat things in an expired tab, because I had Four Leaf Clovers in mine. They didn't show up whenever I fed my ego.
  
  I'm putting Dragon Knight Potions in my VIP. I always forget them in my bank tab when I go raiding. Guess I'll put Raid Crystals too.
