Engineers' Camellia Tree?

  I've had these two enchants ready and prepped for when I finally get around to mastering magic craft for once without taking six years and breaking my bank as well.
  However, I've decided to get engineering r1 first, considering the entire reason to get master of magic craft is moot when I can't even get the damn black dragon materials.
  
  The issue is how the hell do I get Camellia Tree on mining drills and Blasted Oak Wands? There's no All enchants for r9 suffix, nor r7-5 with enabled regardless. They supposedly take Two-handed enchants, but I can't enchant violent on them, and no other enchants either. They also amusingly don't take Weapon enchants either, killing off most enchants as well. All in all this means twice the expected money output because of a missed enchant.
  
  If anybody knows and is willing to divulge if there is or what the enchant sequence to get there is, I'd be most appreciative.

  Sorry if I'm wrong, but I DO believe the Blasted Oak Wand is considered a "Magic weapon", and therefore can be enchanted with weapon or "staff" enchants (Raven/Island as a r9 Suffix).
  
  Then again, Wiki says it receives 2-hander enchants, so you can try "deadly" as well.
  
  Not too sure about Mining Drills though...

  You should try Reckless enchant instead.

  My bad, must have missed it. That would mean they literally have no enchant type, which I find rather odd. Except All of course.

  Can't remember what I used, but I didn't have any trouble at all making it. I don't know any Main-Hand item that doesn't take Weapon enchants, there's a good chance all of you just did something wrong.
  
  However they're not Magic Weapons just because they're named "Wand", and they're not 2H Weapons just because they fill both hands.

  Tried using my regular r9 suffix enchant bridge for weapons, Rainbow, and even that wouldn't take. Was very, very odd, unless gathering tools cannot be considered weapons. At this rate I'm going to have to test every single r9 enchant until I find the one that works.

  For further proof. I don't have a camellia enchant to put on it but its pretty straightforward from there knowing its r5.

  Did anybody replying even have any experience or bother testing before posting here? Oak Wands clearly do take weapon enchants.

  This question is probably silly but, was your blasted oak wand rA suffix enchanted before testing Rainbow?
