Problems with warping, need immediate help. Error; "Cannot use mana tunnel/ moon gate

Okay, so I keep getting this error when I ever I try to use a moongate/mana tunnel, "Cannot use <insert portal name here> at this time." I can't even use continent warp, all it says is "cannot warp to different continent at this time... Or if I try to leave a homestead, it'll say "Failed to leave homestead," any help around? I need help, please. :cry:
