I believe that the pre-Rank 1 Reforged ones were from the Urns that came out last year. I was away for a portion of that last year on a break from Mabinogi for a few months around that time, if I recall correctly.

I'm also pretty sure the previous Eweca Orb ones did not come pre-rank 1'd, just clean. If not, I wonder why I haven't seen them...

If I had seen a R1 Portia's Costume on the market for a reasonable price, I would've certainly bought it by now, though. One of some of the reasons for why I am making it from scratch, anyways.

I don't mind too much though, as long as it's ranking itself up with free reforges from the event.

Of course it had to be fireball damage and transforming intelligence. MATK 20 although, is awesome of course.

The event ussually allows your characters one commerce reforge by the end of the event period from the chests. Two if you are lucky with them.
I would save them honestly so you can use them on a commerce outfit or a rank 1 armor if you are not picky about reforges
