As some of you may know, there's two different reforges available for Blaze. One is on your wand and one on your gloves. I'm wondering if anyone knows which one is the best and if they stack.
Here's a screenshot from the wiki.

I had the one on my wand in the past and tried to get a better roll, but so far nothing. I definitely saw the damage bonus with that one. It was level 12. Additionally, the one on the wand has a better percentage and can go up to level 25.

The glove reforge only effects the initial bit and is therefore useless...?

Blaze damage on gloves is the one you want and increases overall damage by around 48% if you crit. Kinsoo has a chart of it somewhere I'll ask him to post it.

heres how blaze damage is calculated:
Maximum Damage with Knockback:
120[Explosion Damage Multipler]([Magic Attack]+100)[Wand Bonus] * Magic Mastery Bonus * ([Weapon Magic Damage]+[Magic Master Title]) * Special Upgrade Magic Damage * .7
copy&pasted from mabinogi world wiki
anyway
blaze explosion damage reforge on wand increase "Explosion Damage Multiplier" that is bolded by 0.1/lv
blaze damage reforge on glove increases "Magic Mastery Bonus" that is underlined by 2.5%/lv
so both are great and works fine on any enemy... but one on glove is definitely easier to obtain since ppl have more access to R1 gloves than R1 savages( thanks to previous gacha with pre-reforged items)
get both!

I still don't *
really* get it, but okay. I'll do on my wand first since it's r1 and my gloves are r2.
Thanks guys!

(M.Attk) * ((Wand Reforge lvl * 0.1)+14) * ((0.05*Gloves Reforge lvl)+2.4)* 1.76
Blaze Gloves > Wands.
Wand blaze explosion gets better as your magic attack gets higher (that is, above 560)
Blaze gloves has a HUGE damage modifier and it increases around 41.67% regardless of your magic attack

If your formula is correct, then I don't see why you're counting MATK as influential for Wand reforge but not Glove.
Given that a Wand would only add 18% while the Glove adds 42%, but they're both completely independent multipliers with full scaling.
Also, is there an accurate formula for current blaze damage? This one spits out 82k+ critical non-reforged damage (which certainly isn't true) and most other postings are using the wiki formula which looks like it hasn't been changed since implementation.

Maybe not 82k, but just the other day I saw my friend dish out a 68k IS Blaze crit. He has an s5 savage wand but no reforge...
Not sure if that's relevant...

That's still a mere 83% of the maximum in the formula (plugging in 550MATK) which is a huge error, even worse if your friend had higher stats.

I did a 62k IS/Blaze with a level 12 reforge on my wand (savage).

Kinda related-- for those who have reforged gloves for the damage reforge, how common is it? After 50 reforges on a rank 1 glove with three lines, I've only gotten the reforge once, level 4 and 6 at that.

Sorry for posting on 2 months old thread, but the topic is exactly what I wanna ask.

Can you explain more about that formula? I have difficulty reading it
Which one is the initial blow, and which one is the explosion? I thought initial blow is the first hit using str? But looking at your formula, does it count to overall blaze damage?
That "2.4" on glove reforge, I assume it's savage/combat wand modifier? It goes into the "initial blow"?
And what is "14" on wand reforge? Doesn't it mean wand will always have more influence than glove?
