  I wouldn't be surprised if those times the reforge glitches and freezes were supposed to rank up/cutscene

  It's normal, and pretty common. From my experiences, that typically happens when you roll something that's level 18(?)+. I've also gotten it whenever I get multiple reforges over level 15 or so.

  Like ironwoman said, it's all RNG. But I've personally had a much easier time getting more lines with item shop bought Crednes than the event ones. It's never taken more than two or three to get three lines with item shop Crednes, but with the event ones out of eight or ten items, all but one of them needed more than eight Crednes before getting three lines. Still, I doubt it's because of nerfed chances or anything like that, just plain old bad luck.

  Yes the cutscene normally occurs at rank 1 when u get 2 or more high level reforges. It is still nice to get, except for if you are rolling for elementals since elementals go no higher than level 6.

  30ish kits and still r2, but i think it's normal, isn't it?
