50% Off Ace Character Cards

  Restrictions:
  Limit one discounted Ace Character Card (for each race) per account, per week.

  I guess so? I can't see how they can really limit you when you can only buy 2 cards for your race.

  I believe what they mean is if you use them to rebirth multiple characters on your account you will end up running out of rebirth cards for those who pay for rebirths during this sale. A friend bought one, and they don't let you buy any more at all for the week. Not even at full price.

  Well it explicitly states you can only buy one per race per week per account, but I would assume after purchasing one you could go back and purchase them for full price, but apparently you can't, hence the second bullet point in the notice

  I was hoping they'd do something like this + 3 day rebirth week or something, then announce free weekly rebirth - kind of like what happened with all those bags and inv+... raising a lot of money then providing a service to the whole community.
  
  Also because it was fun to read the posts of people who were livid about free inv+ after they had spent $20+ on bags.

  Is there really anything strange about the one card per week? it only prevents us from stocking up rb cards while they're cheap, so baseline is that if you rbed weekly, you get the next two weeks for half off. and if you only did freebirths, you can now weekly rb for half price for the first two weeks.
  
  i only see positives, its just raining on those who want to exploit the sale. (me included but i'll take what i can get)

  The only thing potentially strange is that they don't allow you to buy them at full price after buying them for half off, but it really is not that big of a deal
