I've seen kinsoo help quite a few people that don't belong to the guild with raid finishes (as well as a couple other members of the guild who are capable of competing for finishes). As long as he assists in getting the finish, his character still gets exploration exp as well, so there is pretty much no downside to himself for helping someone outside of the guild.

I am going to choose to assume Raine's post that it was a misunderstanding thinking kinsoo wanted to hoard all the exploration exp for himself, but rather he meant that he wanted to help anyone with finishes because he would get exp. As a result I removed their post and edited following posts.
