  To be honest, that's not a lot of protection, even if you have rank 1 tasting.
  
  After 40 protection, every 2 protection adds 1% damage reduction, after 60, it's 3:1, 80, it's 4:1.

  Costs about 3.4k to make per 10-piece basket, buying Barley Tea from Annick. Much cheaper, if less potent for luck, than corn tea at 45k/basket. Nice little dex boost too.

  It's mainly annoying that you have to go through a step(Making the pan pie crust), I wish we could auto-product the inedible foods.

  1-step.
  Just needs Corn (easy to gather in mass quantities) and Water (eh).
  
  It's so nice for an all-around stat boost (well, except Luck).
  I like using it for a boost to my tankiness for when I'm just doing my normal things.
  And I think it's better for gunners, compared to Vales Fire, too.
