About Some "Ingredient Hunting" Ingredients...

Is it me or are there no recipes that use Fan Mussel or Scallop?

Description makes it seem like Fan Mussel is used in Steaming, but I don't see its recipe in there.

Am I not looking hard enough?
Can anyone find a use for them?
Don't even see an entry in the Cooking Journal for anything that seems like it'd use them, either.

As far as I'm aware, there are no recipes for those 2 ingredients. Which does annoy me greatly, why go through the trouble of adding them but not adding recipes for them devcat? Same issue with the ingredients exist on KR btw. It bothered me a few weeks as I was going through and double checking everything but chalked it up to devkitty getting lazy and switching gears partway through.
