Unlike other lord missions, Belvast mission is not very dependent on damage/dps output but it is rather focused on teamwork. This lord mission will be best suitable for guilds/friends rather than a random Tara party.
There are many glitches/bugs in this mission but you can bypass them if you and your party members have a good teamwork. Skype/Teamspeak will be necessary.

3. Recommended Party Settings
Unlike other lord missions (where dps matters the most), Belvast mission really needs utility skills like Crisis & Rain Casting.
Puppets/guns are awesome in this mission--also keep in mind that elemental reforge does NOT work on lord missions.
Lancers/Archers/Fighters' dps will be significantly reduced compared to other SMs.
My recommended party settings will be:
-At least 1 Puppeteer w/Crisis reforged hat
-At least 1 Alchemist w/Rain Casting r1
-Bard
-Archers/Gunners/Lancers for DPS
As I have mentioned before, Skype/Teamspeak is necessary for successful teamwork.
Otherwise your party will have difficulty escorting hostages starting from the Courthouse.
You also need to know your party members' character-creation date.
The hostages will follow a member who is the youngest among party members.

4. Guides
The purpose of this mission is to:
*Rescuing hostages &
*Escorting them
You will first begin a mission starting from Scathach entrance.
You and your party have a choice to either avoid or confront the "Terrorists".
Avoiding them is safe but in this guide you will confront them for faster clearing times.
You have to defeat them 4 times (one at Graveyard, at stairwell, at Church, and at Courthouse) to rescue hostages.
At the Courthouse, hostages will appear, and you have to escort them to the port.
The hostages will ONLY follow one/two party member(s) that has the YOUNGEST character-creation date.
"Carry" or [S]"Pimp"[/S] always have to stick around with hostages.

*THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS GUIDE*
You have to use the THIRD stairwell that is at the top.
Upon reaching at the THIRD stairwell, you need to gather your party members AND the HOSTAGES all-together to the star-point.
MAKE SURE HOSTAGES AREN'T STUCK or else they will trigger an infinite-mob spawning glitches.
Keep in mind that if you ride on pets, hostages will not follow you.
From the star-point, all members have to move together--and this is why you will need Skype--leader has to make a call when to move in at the same time.
Few mobs will spawn at blue/red circles; keep in mind that the "carry" has to be close with hostages even during battles.
The mission clears if hostages are successfully escorted to the port.

Belvast mission is indeed challenging, but I think it's good to test teamwork skill with your guildies/friends. Who knows, you can be the first person to get a Stabbing ES in North America!
