I already have a OS my budget is around $800 though I'm going to have to buy pieces as I get the money for them
Right now I only have around $400 saved
Priorities?
Do you need Bluray playback capabilities?
You probably don't need OC?
Does the budget include a monitor, keyboard etc.?
Good choices. In fact I own the exact PSU and the K-variation of the same processor.
I suggested that MB for my dad's new PC.
I want to suggest an alternative to the GPU though, the MSI 760 Twin Frozr. It's wonderfully quiet.
I really like that setup though I would like some more suggestions for a gpu

The GTX 760 is not "without a doubt the best GPU;" it depends on how much you want to spend on more premium performance. From a cost/performance standpoint for mainstream gaming, the AMD R7 265 hits the sweet spot @ $150.
If you want something more powerful, consider the AMD R9 280; it's around as powerful as the NVIDIA GTX 760, perhaps more so in some cases.. but I've seen it cheaper when it was on sale for like $220. That's a pretty good deal.
Nooo, i went to look back to order the parts today but the links aren't working anymore :(
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CYWEZXA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DERMay wanna double check those links. I looked at the motherboard one; the one you've linked is $106.05 + $6.81 shipping, sold by a 3rd party seller. Amazon sells it for $87 and free shipping here:
