Need a new PC build

  No over clocking (I'm not comfortable doing it)
  I do need bluray
  It's mostly for gaming and no monitor and keyboard in budget I plan on buying them used

  I have the 770 version, how's the temperature how the thing? The 770 runs cooler than my 8800 GT, but the case can get hot.

  Uhm, well I've had no problems, so the temperature is certainly within specifications. I never measured it. I never touched my case after it's been running for a while to see how warm it gets.
  
  I think if you're not building a mini ITX case there should be absolutely no problem.

  Well the 760 is without a doubt the best GPU to get.
  As to what brand of of graphics card based on the 760 GPU?
  Gigabyte is another great choice. Although I haven't used people constantly talk about how cool the Windforce design is kept, not only that it's the highest core clocked.
  
  The MSI Twin Frozr design is also great at keep the card cool. It seems that the 770 since it consumes more power the card exerts more heat and the case can get a bit hot but nothing dangerous or anything. Still a great design.
  
  The rest I just haven't heard of enough aside from "Well it's good and hasn't broken down so I'm happy"
  
  Anywho revised my suggest build since it was $806 when I posted and it went up $25. This one is just $10 more than $806.

  What I changed.
  
  1. Case - The Corsair 200r went down to $45 with MIR which is great because honestly the 200R is honestly the best budget case when it comes with air flow.
  2. Graphics Card - Changed it to the Gigabyte one as opposed to EVGA which I either missed or it dropped in price.
  
  
  On possible upgrades - what I would do is buy fans to make your computer nice and cool. The Corsair 120mm AF fans is what I'm looking to get. One or two should be enough for you. One on the side panel right in front of your graphics card, and one on the top panel right above your processor.
  
  If I recall you already have AKG K or Q 701 so you should good.
  
  Seems like you don't really care about mice or keyboards either. But if you change your mind the Zowie EC(1/2) EVO are great mices. As for keyboards? I think mechanicals are a tad overrated, but Ducky is a great brand.
  
  But if you do live near a Micro Center you can get the Processor and MoBo together like $50-$60 cheaper. Only applies with in-store and not online.

  The GTX 760 is not "without a doubt the best GPU;" it depends on how much you want to spend on more premium performance. From a cost/performance standpoint for mainstream gaming, the AMD R7 265 hits the sweet spot @ $150. If you want something more powerful, consider the AMD R9 280; it's around as powerful as the NVIDIA GTX 760, perhaps more so in some cases.. but I've seen it cheaper when it was on sale for like $220. That's a pretty good deal.

  I can't believe I completely missed this card.
  Yoorah is right, this inferior card is the card to get. I always assume when people ask for new builds they want the best perfomance, but I am again proven wrong.
  
  Since you can save $100 by buying by AMD R7 265 I'm going to follow the words of my newly found Senpai Yoorah-san and advise that you should spend that money on 16GB of ram because 8GB isn't enough for gaming. You won't see a change in perfomance in gaming, but you get to use [S]useless[/S] [S]stuff [/S]RAM disk!
