Every May, every year, something bad happens, only this year it's even worse.
My dad got sick, he has/had kidney stones, he lost almost all of his muscle/mass from an infection, he's slowly recovering, but he's a walking toothpick. Just the other day, he decided to collide his car with 3 other cars in a nearby shopping center because the brakes on the car decided to break.
My mom's stressed out, she's about to have a mental breakdown, she also has this irritation on her skin from said stress that's causing her to get a large rash all over her arms.
My younger brother has to help pay for groceries, his co-workers are constantly bullying him.
My work is threatening to fire almost three quarters of the staff due to "bad performance" in the coming 3 weeks if they don't improve. I have to also find a second job, or a fulltime job within the next month or else my rent will be too much to pay for.
My older brother and younger sister are being douchebags, they're too conceited to help out, rather the first chance they get, they prance out the door to go goof off.
I just don't know what to do anymore.

Isn't there something where you can sign up for a temporary welfare, if the person is injured and unable to work? I think they also have a temporary thing for employees who were fired/laid off, or at least my uncle had at some point had it when he was laid off(and mentioned they gave him more than his job did).
There's also welfare available to those who are diagnosed with mental disabilities/disorders which are bad enough to affect their ability to do/get jobs, if that is how bad it is for your mom, then I recommend trying for that... I think they even can give it out to those with part-time jobs, or at least they did for me when I had one, just not as much as someone who has none.
Don't know if any of that would help, but it'd be worth a try, if you can. That is speaking for someone living in USA though, I do not know how it works in any other countries.
Is your father drinking enough water? I hear that is one of the things to look out for when it comes to stones.

I really hope that they aren't spending any of the family funds when they do that... I'm mostly a freeloader in my house, but I don't steal family funds to do shit outside the house, and I really hate people who do.
Gotta help your younger brother to toughen up! Mentally and physically. If you can toughen him up, maybe that'll help. Either that, or you're going to have to back him up when he's bullied like I helped my friend. It took me 2-3 years to get the bullies off of his case, and now everybody's friends! Then again, I don't know anything about the bullying situation, so you're going to have to check that out for yourself to decide a course of action.

Yeah it depends what kind of bullying it is... like if they are harassing him or physically doing things to bug him, I am sure any respectable employer would take action if that were reported... but if it's like passive-aggressive type of behavior that an employer might not see as direct harassment... I don't know. :(
Are they young? There have been 2 ways that I dealt with bullies in middle school, but dunno if that works with adults. One time I got fed up with it and reported it to the principal, who suspended the boy, and he never bothered me again. I can't guarantee that to work with everyone though, because I get the feeling Asian students with strict parents are just more responsive to punishments. The rest of the bullies I have ever had, I simply endured, and by the time we were in college, one of them had matured into a nice guy and we became friends(and both played Mabi, but on different servers).
And then, if they are particularly dangerous, then I really don't know how to deal with that safely.

A lot of the issues from when I made this post are a lot better now, of course my dad's just loafing around instead of trying to regain his strength. My older brother is still the bumbling mangirl that he is, and runs off at any given notice. My mom's stressed, but she's managing, so is my younger bro.
Things are pretty normal as normal can be right now, everything just happened all in a clusterfuck though.
I managed to stay employed, which is great.
