Beedrill can't learn megahorn unless if they give him it in this game.
His strongest Bug/Poison moves are X-scissor/Poison Jab
even with mega evolve, Mega Beedrill's total base stats are only 485... for comparison good pokemon are 500+
BST doesn't determine everything. Just look at Azumarill and Kyurem.
But yea, not expecting much from Mega Beedrill.

Talonflame had the same story I think. Mediocre stats outside of speed, 4x SR weakness. Then it was discovered it got Gale Wings as an HA and suddenly it's a major threat.
We won't know how useful Mega Beedrill is until we see its distribution of stats, most likely. Though that Defense is abysmal.

I have been checking the game news for a while... still waiting to see if we'll get trainer customization or not... lol.
Not yet.

Azumarill doesn't count; it has Huge Power, a good typing, good moves. Low risk, high reward.
Beedrill and Pidgeot were poo-tier pokemon for a long time because of their stats, moves and typing.
Mega Beedrill might be better than Mega Pidgeot unless if they give Pidgeot stuff like Boomburst, Focus Blast, Heatwave.

I'm not a PR0BATTLR5LYFE, so I don't really care what its stats are, I use Pokemon I like and it looks badass. It's guaranteed a spot on my team along with Mega Slowbro.

Oh right, you can catch all the wild legendaries if you own X, Y, and ORAS.
So these include the Birds, Mewtwo, Beasts, Ho-Oh and Lugia, Regis, Rayquaza, Lake guardians, Cresselia, Diagla, Palkia and Giratina, Heatran, Regigigas, Swords of Justice (inc. Keldeo) Unova's weather three, Zekrom and Reshiram, Kyurem, and whatevers in X and Y.
Lati@s, Groudon, and Kyogre are likely to be version exclusive

This game is looking more like the next generation of Pokemon than X and Y did.

Every remake has the most awesome move tutors. I just hope that I can find something I like, because trading back to fire/leaf, hg/ss isn't going to happen.

Still hate that Nintendo adds a really, really nice feature, and then never includes it in any future games (besides remakes).
Trainer Customization, Secret Bases, Ball Capsules, Pokemon Following you (at least make it an option), etc.

I'm sorely going to miss the trainer customization. Ah, well. At least I finally get to experience secret bases. I never got to play the originals.
