  So who else here is trying to get Platinum Rank in Secret Bases to get that Garchompite? It's the one mega stone that I lack atm. Managed to beat Lisia who was fun. Beat her with my Mega Lopunny in the Cute Contest, couldn't beat her in the Beauty one though >.>

  That's not impressive at all. It just highlights how bad the original design was. Still waiting to see the specs of the new model... maybe I'll get one for Bravely Default and this new Pokemon remake. xd

  Well, I am pleased to have made a Sableye. This little devil is fun to play with both in normal Prankster form and as Mega form. Also Mega Lopunny's seem to be very popular now in the metagame as well. I've fought like 4 or 5 Mega Lopunny's today and they pack a punch but get halted by Sableye as all they can do is ice punch for typical setups I'm seeing. Only other popular mega I am seeing in the metagame is Salamence, ran into several of those today too.
  
  I don't see many other people trying Sableye yet though.

  Yeah, Salamence was the King of OU. He was recently banned from OU (Salamencite, not the normal one), due to it being obnoxious with him being used 24/7, having no hard counters and revenge killing requiring things like Scarf Ninja and Noivern.

  Speaking of that, mega rey has been banned from ubers, it can literally 1 shot anything in ubers with most of its kit with just 1 dd and lifeorb.

  It doesn't one shot every single thing in ubers, comes close to it, but not completely from what I remember. But yes, he was banned from Ubers, and they made a new tier, "Anything Goes". Literally. You can sleep an entire team, double team evasion to +6, Mind Reader+Sheer Cold, ANYTHING. So yeah.

  OH COME ON! That explains why my Sableye got killed by a Mega Lopunny's Jump Kick. I assumed that it would be immune to it but Mega Lopunny has Scrappy which means it's fighting moves does 2x on Sableye. Well there goes that counter right out the bloody window. I hate Mega Lopunny, surprised that thing hasn't been banned from OU as well. It's just as broken and OP as Mega Lucario with the added advantage of Scrappy.
  
  How the hell am I supposed to counter that blasted rabbit...
  
  Guess I'll try a Gale Wind Talonflame next and hope that they don't switch it out. Other things I guess I could try is a scizor. I could always also go screw it and get a mega Salamence of my own to kick it's butt. Anyone else have any thoughts on possible ways to deal with Mega Lopunny's as it keeps kicking my ass.

  This video may help, pokeaim is one of the best battlers i know, his videos could give you some info, he may mention a few good checks/counters to it in his video, i watched it once but too lazy to rewatch it to find out.

  I think the math was with stealthrock damage, and 1 dd, mega rey could 1 shot enough of the ubers tier that it was too strong to use, i'll find the calcs from smogon
  
  Ahh, here it is, i don't think these are calcing with DD against more than a few pokemon, at worst it 2 shots a multiscale full hp lugia.
