I am 21, so 2 years ago I would have been 19 or so. My parents never had enough money to get me a cell until i was almost out of highschool anyway lol.

Well I didn't mean literally you, rather the person who had gained control of your account.

Just realized you were talking about someone who had my account. Thats what I was thinking too, since the phone account i charged nx on was payed off in full and closed.
As long as it is locked I shouldn't have to worry about someone else getting into it at least, then i can change my password on my email, nexon account, and everything else i own just in case.

Ultimate game cards have a (sort of tiny, but not unknown) history of screwing up and not giving you the full amount.
Paypal, not so much

UGC has some sort of tax or fee on their cards, whereas Karma Koin does not; if I use a $25 UGC I get around $22 and can only use $20, if I get a $25 KKC then I always get $25. Also with UGC when you redeem the card you have to put in an email and all of the NX you didn't redeem gets converted into UGC points. If you try to use the same card twice it'll tell you it's used or expired, but what you really need to do is create an account with the name of the email you entered to use the points. If you have the choice, avoid it. There's no way you can get a billing ban through prepaid cards though.

Right, forgot about UGC tax -- this only applies to those who don't/aren't able to purchase UGCs with USD as the currency (since you're from where you are from that's why this happens) at least I think that's why, since I've purchased UGC cards before from other players from like australia and stuff and the tax always killed me, but never had an issue with someone who'd sold me UGC cards in the USA

Oh wow, that does suck. :( I am glad they sell Karma cards here.

So i bought nx a few days ago and replied to their email. Just gotta wait for them to partially unban me so i can put it in then probably need to wait a few more days for them to completely unban me so i can play again.
They really need to get better customer service, considering I've been a paying customer for years.

I had same issue happen to me a couple years ago in the form of a 350$ chargeback that I had to repay. Nexon is a bit more lenient when you are willing to throw money at them. In any case, for things like this as long as you threaten to not spend any more money on their game they usually at least give u a chance to get your account back.

Its really annoying though, cause I may not be a thousand dollar spender but i do get nx when I play.
And I got limited access back to my account, cant play the game but put in the nx and am waiting for them to take it the money out and unban me.
It's kinda annoying that I am going to miss the events cause nexon takes more than 4 days to reply to their emails.
