Can't start Mabinogi?

  I've decided to re-install mabinogi after a long while ( I miss the "build your own character" theme) but for some reason after re-installing the game several times and several attempts at starting the game(as an admin) up I can't seem to start the game.
  
  All I get is this little pop up from Nexon asking to submit my problem by hitting ok or whatever. I've been able to start it before on my laptop, is there any reason this would be happening? I installed the game on my windows 8 (64bit) and on Firefox.

  when you installed it did you go through the nexon sight or steam if its steam you have to go to "c:\program files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Mabingoi" windows is where you put your nexon folder. Go to mabinogi.exe not the one on your desktop that takes you to the internet to hit play. what you want to do is find the source location for the mabinogi.exe and run it as administrator to repatch it and allow it to change up your system data incase if there is corruption in the files. if none of this works and you decide to wait for nexon to take forever and a year to reply be my guest i say trouble shoot it. meaning erase mabinogi from your c drive completely then uninstall it with the uninstall wizard. then go to mabinogi's web-sight and download mabinogi for a fresh start. if all goes to hell just try reinstalling dirext x or your gpu drivers to see if that fixes (ONLY IF YOU GET A GREY SCREEN).
