  Edit: I see what you mean about your connection, I assume you used the closest server to you? I'm with Optusnet and I get 19Mb/s and 7ms ping when I use a Brisbane server (I'm in Brisbane btw), but its around 5Mb/s or less when connecting to Los Angeles (mabi servers location)...
