I would like to upgrade my computer to at least be able to play Skyrim on maxed out settings with the HD textures "DLC" and it run smoothly with no problems. Here are the specs of my computer:

Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
DX Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI Setting: Using System DPI
System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)

DxDiag Version: 6.03.9600.16384 64bit Unicode
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7310 Graphics

Chip type: AMD Radeon HD 7310 Graphics (0x9809)
DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz)

What, if anything, could I upgrade and any suggestions on what to get? Preferably something cheap. If you need anymore info let me know.

Uh... is that a netbook? You can't really upgrade that. Depending on the model and configuration, you could get a small increase in performance by putting in faster RAM, but I don't think it would give you the kind of performance you're looking for. :(

I see, that's rather odd. The only info I could make out from your first post was the GPU type, which from a brief search appears to be part of the AMD E1-1200 APU... a really low-power part meant for netbooks. o_O
You should post other specs, like the CPU (to confirm if it's the E1...), RAM, and preferably the make/model of your desktop. It's a pretty bizarre setup from what I can see so far, so knowing more about what you actually have would help.
If it really is that chip, then I don't know, man... you could try to jam in a better graphics card, but I would just build a new system. :x

Yeah, that's basically a netbook in a PC case. I'm afraid there isn't much you can do to upgrade it. :(

Shame. I'll just look into getting a computer made more for gaming.
