  I agree that there is to a degree a lack of unity, and more specifically a lack of consistant effort and professionalism among certain aspects and attributes of the current team. I am no exception when I say that both we as a team and we as a community need a little improvement. I can assure you that some change is in order, but the steps and goals of that change even I do not know yet. There will be a discussion sometime soon, but not here.

  TA laid out some excellent points of focus which should still be on the mod section. Those would be a good place to start; albeit ignoring those which address the community as a whole.
