I recently restarted Mabi after about a two-year hiatus, having quit when the hacking got really bad, and found that my main character was still blackrobed despite sending tickets to Nexon before I quit. At this point, is there any hope of me being able to retrieve my main? While I *could* make a new character in the spirit of the old one (and keep pets), remembering how long it took me to get rank 1 Windmill on my main, I would really rather not.
Does anyone have experience with blackrobed characters here? Is this still a thing that Nexon can or has fixed in the past? Advice would be appreciated.
