When ever I get up I just don't feel like is anything important enough to get up for or. I'm really comfy with my tiger plushie and then go back to sleep in seconds
Sometime this happens several times in one day and then I wake up at 8:00 pm or later too awake to fall back to sleep

I know the feeling. I have to get up by the 2nd time though because otherwise I might piss myself. I get dehydrated easily so with the amount of liquids I drink, going back to bed without a piss break is risky, even when I go just before sleeping.

I can't sleep so much, I tend to wake up at 7am on week days and not much later than 7:30am on weekends.
I don't go to bed ridiculously early either usually 11pm or midnight most days, unless I had a long day at work.

I tend to wake up at the same time everyday but like Osay said it all depends on how I'm feeling by the end of my work day or week.
Must be nice to be able to sleep in and not have any obligations or responsibilities >>.

Try forcing yourself to sleep in increments of around 90 minutes (average sleep cycle length.) Your body will need to train away from oversleeping, and you're probably additionally sleepy from waking up in the middle of sleep cycles.

If you don't find anything worth waking up for, try doing something that feels fufulling, such as volenteering at a petshop, or at a fundraiser.
Doing something good makes you feel good.

Problem is that I can't remember what was apparently worth waking up for.

I slept 16 hours 2 days ago. Probably because i'd only get 4 hours of sleep all week, no matter how hard i tried, guess my body was like. "K, taking your debt of sleep today."

In the sense that you can change your sleep schedule so that you get better sleep, yes. It's best to make changes gradually, such as over the course of weeks. Younger people are supposed to be able to adjust faster, if I'm not mistaken.
