General Delay With Everything

So I've been asking around and trying to get some answers from people on the Nexon forums but I've had absolutely no luck what so ever. For the past 3 weeks I've been getting hit with insanely high delay with everything in Mabinogi. Picking up an item? I need to wait 5 seconds for it to be grabbed, then another 5 to place it somewheres else. Want to load a skill? I need to wait 4 seconds before the skill even begins to load, then it'll begin loading for thrice the amount of time it would normally take to load, then even more time to be able to use it. I'm wondering if anyone else has been getting this and if there's any reason to it, considering I've had nothing like this for a year, but now out of no wheres I'm hit with this delay that effects everything I try to do.

Should also add that it's only Mabi having this insane delay. Nothing else gets this.

I sometimes get the delay too for skill loading and such. :(

Have you tried the nagle thingy? That tends to help with certain MMOs that have delay.

Nagle by itself does nearly nothing.

I also checked speedtest and I'm getting an odd mix between 9-26megs download, and 2.6-10 upload between various places in the US.

Default MTU should be 1500 in a normal config.

Shut down all other electronics that have any sort of internet access in the house when you're testing.

1492 if you're on some sort of DSL (see PPP/PPPoE in your router), gotta give it that overhead or else you get packet loss.

As for lag, I logged on this past weekend to whore the 3x AP event and I had some big delays in everything too. I brushed it off as being nexon and moved on.

It might also be the server... well I don't know, my friend has always complained for years and even now about lag on Tarlach, but when he plays on Ruairi he says he doesn't lag at all... only on Tarlach for some reason.
