Lag Problems

  So I recently came back to Mabi after a 1 month break and since I came back I've been suffering from this weird lag. I have experienced it before but it normally goes away if I restart the client.
  
  However, this time, the lag is lingering. It's like a small pause every 3 seconds and it gets really annoying. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with my computer because it used to run the game just fine. I think it's more of a network problem but I can't seem to find out what causes it.

  Notice that weird pause every few seconds?
  
  Anyways, I found that it doesn't lag like this when I'm in the Strange Dream Event or when I am in Tir Na Nog. But it seems to lag all over Uladh.

  In options there should be something where you can hide quest marker stuff, that should solve the problem. If you have too many of those on screen it lags you out no matter how good your computer is.
