Because of the monsters movement lag, It ruins AI dependent missions.

It has always been my opinion that nexons first path to fixing the (apparent) difficulty problems in this game is to fix this whole mob lag shit

It's quite useful for achery training in Their Method when they are stuck though. :P But yes most of the time it's annoying. I have noticed after maintenance it's usually all good but then as days go by it happens more and more often in Shadow Missions. Or on some channels it's bound to happen more than on others. I wonder what's up with that. Server memory getting too full? I am not techy but that was one of the things coming to mind.

You're both not allowed.
Like Zero, I like it when I wanna train stuff. That's it though. Running missions w/o training stuff gets boring after a short time.

I do not mind the lag dancing mobs in certain missions, but I hated during that saga episode in which you had to kill the scholar in a circle RP. I mean how the heck am I suppose to kill something in the circle if it can't even move into it! I was forced to flipped through channels for half an hour since RP characters did not have pets.
I also hated it in the episode where you had to lure lag dancing snowfield slayers into a circle to fight them.

It's useful for certain boring as hell events where you just want to get them over with and get the rewards.
But other than that and skill training, yeah. It makes things kind of boring.

At least the mob lag movement is better than having the mob spawn lag (where they don't spawn right away and we had to wait for like 5 ~ 30 minutes).

And nexon solves the AI lag by increasing AI response time ridiculously to the point where mobs will kill you, your friends, your family, your god before they've even realized you ever existed.
I'm fine with a week break from ass kicking to train some skills on brain dead mobs. But it's boring as hell to be running elite dailies and having the mobs just stand there and eat your fists

And the sad part is, this will probably never be fixed.

Then this bug will eventually be the death (or the final straw that broke the camel) of Mabi. When new players are unable to complete their training missions because of this, and quit out of frustration, it doesn't bode well for the game.

What's causing it exactly?

It helps, because the lag develops over a few days. So after two days, after maitnence; Avoid Movement dependant missions.
