  Well it does say on the tumblr post, It does say "#I HOPE I DIDN'T SCREW UP THE NUMBERS NJDKASD I'M NOT USED TO COUNTING IN KOREAN HAHAHA" as one of the tags. So I wouldn"t be surprised if some of the numbers would make it confusing for another piece.

  A large portion of players are mules. That being said, I would wager that the average mabi character has used hundreds of soul stones (or owns hundred of unused soul stones, there are a LOT given out from events).

  I'm pretty sure it doesn't count the same milletian multiple times.

  Possibly koreans did that too, and since their update times were a lot slower...
