Sorry, I had to. Chen does a good job making sure no insects are left untouched in my apartment, or I just have some spiders who are really efficient and good at hiding. Only one insect incident that I can recall in recent memory and that was an unfournate carpenter bee that somehow got stuck.
I don't get the reference, but I did find the bug that got away the other day--hiding under my router. D:< Unfortunately for the bug, I was vacuuming.

I'm generally fine with flies and stuff, and even ants, but I freak out if there are spiders. I mean seriously, they just have to be in all the wrong places. One time I was running peaca abyss with guildies and all of a sudden this big-ass spider crawls across my desk.

Do you live in Australia? Because that sounds like something that would happen in Australia.

Our cat doesn't kill bugs and spiders, he just stares at them for a while, then runs away :(

Too bad Sparkles doesn't want to come back insides. She kept the spider populations in my room to a minimum. Then she'd go to my sister's room for more, and get annoyed when my sister would kick her out.

Texas actually. But I'm sure it happens a lot more to people in Australia.

Beetles are cool until they get spooked and wildly fly about with their wings and slam into your face.

Like what species? I think most tarantulas have a lot of hair.
