  You get roughly the NX equiv I guess. I got 70 pons per card I traded in (regular elf/human cards). I had 4 leftover from when they were half price lol

  no the bags are separated by gender. you'll pay for which set you want and you'll only get that set.

  Those came in bags seperate for each gender as well, there were just 2 female and 2 male possibilities back then.
  
  You could still choose the gender but the outfit was random.

  They mean the tutorial quests you get every time you select a new talent, the ones that used to prevent you from accessing Duncan's normal conversational options until you complete them. Sounds like they're saying the quests are on the bulletin board now so that they won't do that anymore.
