I recorded myself being attacked. o.o
I have 1HP, so my WM only takes off 1/10 of a HP. I have to use windmill 10 times quickly in order to lose 1 HP, and even then, I would have probably naturally recovered by that time.
My point is, even though its 1HP, it doesn't calculate all hits as 1hp. For example, the attacks only did 1/4 HP to me, not 1hp, even though it shows as 1hp. This shows that HP is also measured in values less than one.
Windmill takes at least 2HP off when you WM. After 20HP, it takes 1/10 of your HP, rounded up. Meaning with 1HP, when you WM, you're putting yourself at -1HP, which is the least amount of HP that you personally can have. And even then, unless your only using Defense with a Shield in dungeons/SMs, you're going to go into deadly instantly, only for you to use an HP10 pot to get back to full health, the whole point of a Low HP build.

Thing about the wm though. When max hp is less than 10, wm takes off 2 hp
Unfortunately low HP builds detract from possible offensive power. I fail to see the usefulness in most situations.
Archer: Archers need critical. They absolutely need it. Dexterity takes over once 90/130 critical is obtained.
Knight: Knights love strength but they don't need it. They have enough flexibility to focus on defense/protection, low hp, pure offense or a mix of these sets.
