U have a PC right K Look up a laundry mat And question how does your sister do her clothes without a dryer Ask her and see if you can do yours the same way ?
Also if you wanna air dry makes sure there's a fan or heater nearby or fold your pants and hang them on a Rack like for towels etc and wait till nigh time Sound simple ?
Or buy a Portable Industrial fan or whatever you call them they're roughly 2ft by 2ft in height and length they cost like no electricity not to loud ether put your clothes near them hanging with fan on They are roughly at tops maybe 18- 20 $ In USD
This. Just hang them up with a fan nearby to speed up the process if you don't have an outdoor clothesline and nice weather to make it work right.
Leaving your clothes wet will permanently ruin them. They'll get moldy, turning blue-gray and developing a permanent stench. You have to dry them right away after washing to prevent this.
Or go to the local laundry place with a stack of coins and make it happen. Almost every town has at least one such installation, and the dryers are usually pretty quick. To do a week's worth of laundry for two people takes all of 45 minutes and $8 worth of quarters to wash and dry it all.

But there many benefits for going outside D:
There's always benefits to going outside. Your body literally requires a certain amount of sun exposure in order to avoid psychological problems and manufacture Vitamin D. Doesn't matter the weather as long as you have the right clothing to handle it. Unplug and go do stuff, you'll be glad you did.
