I fucking hate ISPs

My local monopoly back home was Cox Communications. I disconnected my service and terminated my account prior to my deployment while additionally paying off the remaining service fee. Roughly a month after being deployed an additional service charge related to an equipment change was charged to my account for $145. They made zero efforts to contact me about this fee despite me not having made it (as I was already deployed).

Now they're threatening to contact a collection agency. I cannot pay through their website because WHY THE FUCK WOULD AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER HAVE A WORKING WEBSITE and their phone lines are always busy (45+ minute wait times; the phones here time out after 30 minutes) because their website sucks.

God damn I am pissed.
