Cry-kiss (cuz i don't know how to properly spell this cat's name) really hates my sisters cat Sherlock
if she sees Sherlock all she does is growl and hiss very loudly
my sister was hoping they would fight it out and be friends
everyone thought was Sherlock making all the noise because logic would be that is a strange cat in his home
but was actually Cry-kiss
all Sherlock did was mew twice in super high pitched mumbling kitten sounds
Cry-kiss has growled and hissed at Sherlock into being afraid to move around in his own home
hes jumpy at every sound now and always walking about with his tail between his legs when hes about to walk into same room as Cry-kiss
weird part is, is that Cry-kiss is a declawed (which sucks and was apparently done so that she wouldn't wreck hotel furniture because sister in law used to rent hotels a lot) female kitten pretty much and Sherlock is fully clawed cat cat .-.
will Cry-kiss calm down and Sherlock stop being afraid .-. ??? its only going to be for 4 months if i heard right that sister in law and her husband will be coming back from New York in October to take her home

how long have they been together
if it's been less than 2 weeks just give it time, they should get used to each other
Sherlock will show him he's the alpha cat up in this bitch and things should calm down, just make sure the other one always has a method of escape (aka kitty highway)

okay, that is typical behavior for cats that have just met
i have worked with a lot of cats and have never seen cats get along immediately, they usually hiss or try to fight each other
give them time, once they realize they're stuck together and the other isn't going anywhere they'll get over it and be grooming each other before you know it
