Getting mixed feelings about the

Well seeing as they were broken in the first place, I highly doubt it.
It would be nice if they added these to the dressing room though.[/FONT]

What, 5 hours is considered a long maintenance now? Back when I was playing, they took like 16 hours. No joke.
That is pretty funny, the only time there were overnight maintenance's when another Generation comes out, this is not a new generation or content update this is just a server restart. There has never been a 16 hour server restart, what a joke.

All it took was a google search. Not like I've been around for that long lol

Maybe not 16 hours, but I believe there was a 25 hour server restart during the Dragon Boat Racing Event. It was funny because everyone thought G8 was coming out, but nothing happened.
Seeing as how there's no patch now, I would say that this is also just a server restart. There was probably some issue because of the Windows update.

Ah, so it's not just me.
5 hours seems relatively normal. I still remember the maintenance that took longer than a day.

The reason the servers have been unstable is due to a semi-public pake exploit that was going around. If done incorrectly it could cause major lag on channels or crash them. My sources tell me Nexon has already banned the users abusing this and this is most likely a patch to correct the exploits.

Did you? I'm not entirely sure -- I don't have the ability to perceive what you hear

Second Tuesday of each month is when the bulk of scheduled Windows updates get pushed out.
Always expect a maint within 1-3 days of this to take slightly longer than usual for just a restart.

If Nexon was a bit more forthcoming about when that actually implemented updates then people wouldn't suspect every longer one was a major content update. That's how I see it anyways.
