What is the best title for fighters? So far I have been using the master of charging strike.

Master of Charging Strike/Focused Fist and Shock Master are your best bets.

If you aim dropkick into multiple mobs a lot its master title is kinda nice, since boosting its damage boosts its splash too. But in general Shock master's probably the way to go like Kaeporo suggested since it's a flat 15 max damage it gives you a little more damage with all your fighter skills instead of just one.
