I currently have a
EVGA GTX 660 Graphics card, and it works fine no problems. However im worried with games comming out this October, (Example : DA Inquisition) I might need to upgrade.
However, i don't understand SLI and Wattage for computers.
I am using a
750W Power Supply However, i am not sure if its strong enough to handle the SLI.
Should i fork out money for another 660 and SLI it or go for a 750+ish. I dont want to spend to heavy (Maybe 300-350 at most) if thats the case.

You'll be fine SLing those, but it should be noted that not all games support multi-GPU setups and it'll only get performance from one card.
Edit: What I'd do is just sell your GTX 660 and get a GTX 770 or a better card.

Well the graphics card I had before that was a GTX 460 so its a huge improvement as well as I think it's really worth the cost compared to others but thats just me.

SLI can be used to boost performance in any game; "supported" games just have less of a chance of getting glitches, though you will ultimately get more bugs running in a multi-GPU setup, period.
In general, I would not recommend it: You get double the heat output, more than double the noise from the cooling fans, but you don't come close to getting double the performance.
660 -> 750 Ti would be a rather crappy "upgrade."
My advice would be that you stick it out with your current card; it still has a lot of life left in it. When October comes, you can reassess if you actually need/still want an upgrade.

What Yoorah said. You don't need to update your graphics card that often. I waited until the 560 Ti was a few months old before I replaced my old 9600 GT AMP!. If it hadn't broken I'd still use that instead of the 770 I now have.
Just turn down your graphics settings a bit, unless youa re used to the better graphics, which you won't be obviously, you won't really feel a loss.

Oh Maxwell has been confirmed for October? Like with actual proof unlike those "It'll release during the spring!" ones?
If it's true, then yeah Username you should wait it out. You might possibly even get The Witcher 3 for free
