They are pretty cool. If your entire office is using them, the network can do some really awesome things, like triangulating the physical locations of clients. \o/

Got the free one from watching a webinar. Been using these since before cisco bought them out, the one cisco product I'm actually happy to recommend to people.

It's only one per company though, for those who want to try. So I'd suggest having your own domain and/or email server. They're not even going to contact you if you sign up with a hotmail or something. Also at least sortof know what you're dealing with since these webinars and the follow up phone call are geared towards sysadmins.
