Getting KO'd no longer risks dropped items?

They did. Too bad for people that lost their shit through drops I guess.

This patch was intended for newbies so they don't lose their shit. As for older players, they finally figured out that people won't really die as much due to many people being able to faceroll missions, so they decided to punish the deaths by the death timer instead of item drop.

Death timer? The 3 minute cooldown? That only applies to field areas though, so I don't see how it applies to missions.

Also i'm disappointed that nexon neglected to mention this in their patch notes and forgot to change the description on the holy water.

What about Holy Flame though? Since it only goes away on dropped items, how does it go away now other than overwriting it?

But yeah, Nexon's pretty sloppy with these kind of announcements, what can you do.

As for holy flames, it won't go away. People in KR server have already taken advantage of this, and used them on things they don't mind losing too much durability on, like high durability gears. Pretty inefficient to put on weapons still.
