  Good news for all Western Black Desert Fans. Daum, the Korean Publisher of Black Desert will expand to the Western Market and open a new Office in the West. Pearl Abyss also announced the Date for the 3rd Closed Beta, which is scheduled for late August/early September. More information are coming soon.
  We have the official confirmation that it’s true.

  So I recently got a KR account for Black Desert. If anyone has any questions let me know, game is alright so far. Cash shop seems to be a bit expensive (You're looking at spending $60 for an outfit and $15 to change your looks for 30 days unlimited meaning you can change it whenever you want for 30 days)

  Graphics hog. I hate graphics hogs. I can't sanely play FFXIV because the game won't let me turn down the textures and lighting to a less laggy level.

  The character customization and graphics looks amazing but based on the videos in the first post the gameplay is lacking. Don't know if that's changed since then but it says it's grindy to level, big disadvantage for not doing quests, and forced pvp by a certain level. 3 strikes, out, for me.

  Hey, FFXIV's graphics engine is actually really well optimized (though I wish they would finally release the DX11 rendering client.) It even runs decently on HD4000 Intel integrated graphics. Your issue is probably not the size of the texture, but rather the number of polygons models have. You need a better GPU. :p
